Charlotte Kershaw MRICS MCIArb  Director

As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Arbitrator and valuer, Charlotte spent nineteen years with a National firm undertaking a mix of consultancy work, estate management and valuation alongside her role as Partner in Charge of a multi-disciplined office.

Her experience led to much more diverse mix of professional work, including pre-purchase consultancy and management of significant off-estate commercial investments for landowners leveraging agricultural land to diversify income streams.

Charlotte has managed a range of more traditional farms and rural estates where her strength is restructuring and establishing excellent working relationships between the parties in a profitable and tax efficient manner; involvement and expertise includes both the legal and agricultural aspects and advise on different systems across her client’s property.

Charlotte thrives on delivering a bespoke service working with clients to achieve their objectives.

Charlotte joined Saker in 2020 and has taken on significant projects to support the growing business. She lives in Gloucestershire and enjoys skiing, eventing and running.
